I noticed the other day that Amazon has enabled comments for product reviews. I don’t know how long this has been up but I think it is a great idea. First user images, then forums on product pages and now this. Amazon is truly converting into a user centric website. This way sane users may comment on some possibly insane or misleading reviews.
I am sure it would not be easy but even manufacturers could follow the reviews from the buyers for certain products and chime in to create a conversation from a product review. I am sure this would help a lot with customer service image of a company.
