Free SkypeOut in US and Canada

As I read on Techcrunch,Skype announced that SkypeOut calls to landline or mobile phones in US and Canada are now free. It does not matter where the user account is created, what matters is where you are at the time of calling. Although, I do not use Skype for domestic calls and I think most people have long distance included in their mobile plans, it is still an important move.
