I forgot to mention in my previous post that I made the toll free call to the Amazon customer service using Skype. Recently, Skype has started supporting toll free calls in limited number of countries. This was the first time I had a chance to try it. If I had called from my cell phone the toll free call would not be free at all. I stayed on the line for about 25 minutes and it turned out truly toll free thanks to Skype.
