Google RSS Reader Released

Google released a web based RSS reader. I have not played with it yet. I just learned it from Scoble. I am now importing all my feeds from Bloglines. It is importing for the last 5 minutes almost. There must be something weird going on.

I will let you know about my thoughts after I use it for a while.

Turkey Begins Talks with European Union

It is hard to believe that Turkey was trying to be in the European Union for the last 40 years. Finally, we are one step closer for EU membership as Turkey and European Union has reached to an agreement just hours ago. It is amazingly sad that a nation had to work for almost four decades to start talks for a possible membrship. This is just the first step! It could take for almost a decade for the union to extend further to include Turkey. Nevertheless, this is a historic day for Turkey and the EU.

Writeboard from 37 Signals

Writeboard from 37 Signals was anticipated to be launched early next week. However. it is already online now. It seems like a nice application 37 Signals’ style. There is a nice integration with Backpack which I may like a lot. One can have unlimited number of writeboards and I am thinking this may help out a bit about the page limitations if you are not a payign customer of Backpack.
